We want you to love your Funyon Designs purchase. If something arrives wrong, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges

Each item is printed when ordered. Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected at checkout, or a different color preference. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us using our contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, clear photos of the item and affected area, and photos of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

For a confirmed issue, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund. Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping for a confirmed defect or order error.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund by email; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any return, refund, or other rights provided by applicable consumer law.
